This article has been tested and deployed on multiple PCs without issue with most cases seeing major improvement of google chrome including a slight reduction in memory usage but will still remain kind of high just without the crashes for most users. Before you begin executing this article to sup up your google chrome, ensure you have it signed into your google account and that your bookmarks as well as other important data is synced-backed up as we will not be responsible for any of your loss (sorry not sorry) always have good general practice of backing yourself up in the event of failure.

Prerequisite step - Ensure your google chrome is Up to Date, if you're unsure here's how you can check for updates: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop
Step 1 - Open your google chrome normally and in the address bar type in: chrome://flags
Step 2 - Your chrome should now have the "Experiments" page open as shown like below ensure it's tabbed over to the "Available" experiments:
Step 3 - Using the "Search Flags" provided box search for the following and ensure they're set as listed:
- Automatic tab discarding (Change from Default to Enabled)
- GPU rasterization (Change from Default to Enabled)
- Fast tab/window close (Click Enable)
- Experimental QUIC protocol (Change from Default to Enabled)
- Number of raster threads (Change from default to 4)

Step 5 - Finally, you need to Re-Launch chrome:
If you experience any un-desired behavior from google chrome after these changes go back from step 1 to step 2 there is a button on the upper right "Reset all to default" you can use to revert these changes.
